What this site stores
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third-party servers. Items you put in your bag are stored only locally in your browser and are never sent to me.
Hosting
The site is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and requested URL to deliver the site securely and quickly. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, I store your email address to inform you about the launch of Drop 001 and occasionally about Lydwear news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
I use double opt-in: after signing up you receive an email and are only added to the list once you confirm the link in it. To be able to prove your sign-up, I store the time of sign-up and confirmation as well as the IP address.
For sign-up and sending I use Kit (Kit, Inc., 750 West Bannock Street #761, Boise, Idaho 83701-0761, USA). Your data is stored on Kit's servers in the USA. Kit is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place with Kit. Kit can record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hi@lydwear.com. Your address will then be deleted from the list.
If you write to me, I process your message only to reply to it (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Just write to hi@lydwear.com.
